Responsibilities - Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including conferences, webinars, developer-focused events, and trade shows, to increase brand awareness and product adoption. - Develop and manage the strategy for engaging with the developer community, including organizing meetups, hackathons, online forums, and fostering a vibrant and active user base. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and engineering, to create compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of the company’s AI infrastructure solutions. - Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as content marketing, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance and ROI. - Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful delivery of marketing programs. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously refine and improve the company’s marketing strategy. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within the technology or AI/ML industry. - Proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing campaigns, including large-scale events and developer community engagement. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, with experience managing campaigns across various platforms. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications - MBA or Master’s degree with a focus on Marketing or Business. - Experience in a high-growth startup environment, particularly within the AI or infrastructure space. - Strong network within the developer community or experience in developer relations. - Experience in thought leadership marketing or personal branding, especially for company founders or executives. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in measuring and optimizing marketing performance. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. |
