Key Responsibilities

- Under the direction of the Design Director, design and develop innovative and cost-efficient brand and market relevant footwear which includes concepting, story-telling, and technical development.
- Deliver on-time product solutions in conjunction with the product calendar and business needs ensuring that all deadlines, line plans, and deliverables are met.
- Study and research current and future trends, maintain expert knowledge in global design trends, market competition, and retail landscape. Conduct on and off-site to bring new ideas to the brand.
- Proficient in the creation of tech packs and outsole blueprints, including cross sections.
- Partner with developers in US and Asia online schedules, adhere to the product calendar, ensuring development projects are on track.
- Partner with cross-functional team members to ensure the integrity of designs is maintained during the product development process.
- Carefully follow licensor style guides and standards to ensure intellectual property is correctly and properly used.

Requirements

- Bachelor ‘s degree or above in related graphic design, textile design or fashion design
- 4~6+ years of working experience in Footwear industry. Should have a minimum of 4-6 years of shoe designing experience and knowledge of shoe constructions and materials and overall design process.
- Familiar with European and North American markets
- Deep understanding of footwear constructions and manufacturing methods with Asia factory experience.
- 2D design software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchbook Pro or ProCreate

In this role, you will work closely with Cloud Operations business development and solution architect teams, as well as field teams including Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Solution Architects. Your focus will be on driving adoption and ensuring customer success.

Basic Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or equivalent go-to-market roles in a technology context.
- 5+ years of experience in crafting technical product positioning, messaging, content, and programs.
- Strong technical fluency and ability to discuss technology concepts.
- Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or Master's degree.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience working with data, developing insights, and tracking program metrics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Develop a new graphic pipeline for low latency, power efficient real-time image processing in VR/AR imaging system
- Challenge the algorithm and assumptions and spec to deliver the best image pipeline architecture
- Perform quantitative evaluations through the use of platforms such as FPGA systems, prototyping HWs for validating architecture options
- Develop innovative solutions to solve issues or enable new features

Requirements

- Bachelor or above degree in EE, CS or relevant fields with at least 5 years experience in computer architectures, GPU, DSP system
- Knowledge of display pipeline including compression, encoding, pixel processing and optics correction techniques
- Familiar with image processing hardware implementation
- Experience of FPGA platform setup and programming
- Experience with relevant developments using programming tools and languages such as C/C++, MATLAB, Python
- Open minded and enthusiastic about new technologies and prototyping
