Responsibilities – Responsible for improving TikTok E-commerce search user experience through research for different product functions, content, and algorithm strategies – Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams on the product’s future iterations based on experience evaluation, data analysis, market research and user research – Collaborate with the international operations team to facilitate the implementation of the research and evaluation plans, especially ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the deliverables – Overseeing and guiding the team members’ work, supporting their professional growth, mentoring individuals, and conducting performance reviews. – Allocating and managing team resources effectively to meet project and organizational goals. Ensuring that the team follows best practices, workflows, and processes, driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency. Minimum Qualifications – Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global stakeholders. – 3 or more years of experience with search products / engines, and knowledge of basic research and evaluation methodologies. – Possesses strong logical thinking, deep user empathy and acumen in data analysis. – Capable of independently developing project plans, overseeing the execution, and minimizing project risks. Ensure resource availability and allocation to deliver projects on time. Preferred Qualifications – Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills and organizational skills, including attention to details and multi-tasking skills. – 1 or more years of experience with e-commerce specific search products / engines. |
