Responsibilities – Oversee end-to-end HR operations, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to off boarding. – Administer payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper timekeeping and compliance with all regulations. – Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and support business objectives. – Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and productive work environment. Required Qualifications – Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR policies and best practices. – In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and internal company policies. – Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. – Proactive mindset, strong teamwork orientation, and sound logical reasoning skills |
