Responsibilities

1. Strategic Client Acquisition (70%)
• Prospect and penetrate tiered accounts:
o Hyperscale Cloud Providers (e.g., Meta, AWS, Google)
o Colocation/Third-Party Data Centers (e.g., Equinix, Digital Realty)
o Enterprise Data Centers (Fortune 1000 companies)
o EPC Firms (Data center construction partners)
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles: Discovery → Tech Presentations → Proposal → Contract Negotiation (CEM focus)
2. Technical Partnership Bridging (20%)
• Facilitate engineer-to-engineer dialogues between client technical teams and TMF R&D
• Translate client pain points (cooling efficiency, PUE optimization) into product requirements
3. Market Intelligence (10%)
• Track emerging regulations (e.g., state-level ESG mandates), competitor moves, and tech trends


Required Qualifications
• 🇺🇸 U.S. Citizenship/Permanent Resident (Required for site access clearance)
• Bilingual Proficiency: Native English + Business-Level Chinese
• STEM Degree (Engineering, Physics, Energy Systems preferred)
• 3+ years BD/Sales experience in:
o Data center infrastructure (cooling/mechanical systems OR
o Energy-as-a-Service/CEM models OR
o Mission-critical facility sales
• Proven record selling capital equipment (>$500k deals) or long-term service contracts
• Ability to decode technical specs (e.g., PUE, kW/rack, liquid cooling architectures)
