Key Responsibilities – Drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals and operational needs, lead talent management, performance reviews, and attendance management within US east region – Coordinate with the recruiting team and SSC team on staffing, onboarding, training, and employee engagement. – Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with federal and state labor laws. – Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution. – Promote corporate culture and values across the team – Handle HR projects towards specific goals Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. – Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment. – Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) — written and spoken. – In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices. – Strong interpersonal and communication skills. – Ability to work independently in a fully onsite environment. – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite |
