Key Responsibilities – Lead business development and customer acquisition initiatives across the North American market. – Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 customers, enhancing brand presence and long-term loyalty. – Navigate customer decision-making processes and coordinate with stakeholders to secure design wins. – Identify and pursue new program opportunities to drive pipeline growth. – Partner with internal cross-functional teams—including product development, engineering, and technical support—to deliver best-in-class solutions. – Proactively resolve issues related to cost, quality, delivery, and overall program performance. – Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to assess risks and identify emerging trends and growth opportunities. – Support go-to-market planning by working closely with internal technical and marketing teams to evaluate new market segments. Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred – 10–15 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or account management. – Proven track record of success in the consumer electronics. Optical, AR, or VR industrial experiences are preferred. – Strong experience working with Tier 1 clients and driving long-term business growth. – Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. – Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global matrix organization. – Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required. |
