As part of the Local Services Operations Team, the Agency Business Lead will be responsible for leading partnerships and collaborations with creator/talent/influencer agencies and creator networks. This role focuses on developing programs that support, coach, and grow aspiring content creators. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end agency relationships, build growth initiatives, and advocate for a thriving creator economy that benefits creators, platform engagement, and business partnerships. Responsibilities – Develop and manage relationships with Creator Networks and Agencies, evangelizing the creator economy and TikTok Local Services’s business model. – Drive revenue growth for creators of agency programs, contributing to overall agency business success. – Design and implement programs, activations, and incentive structures that support creator development and content consistency. – Expand and stabilize the pipeline of agency-supported streamers at scale. – Serve as the key liaison between Agencies and Local Services’s product and operations teams, providing insights to enhance the experience. – Offer strategic recommendations for scaled creator development initiatives. – Manage and develop a team of Agency Business Development and Agency Managers. |
