It supports advanced algorithmic trading and provides tools for users to build, train, and deploy AI trading agents. Founded by leaders behind major crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, and AI research, the team is reshaping the future of digital markets. Quality we look for – Be extremely careful at engineering details related to security – Has strong desire to make the system run fast – Independent and self motivated, love to learn – Strong interest in building high performance, long running trading infrastructure Skillsets we look for – Backend: Rust, or at least having experience with C++ or Go – Smart contract experience, ideally with Solana – Deployment: AWS Things that will be a plus – Built trading platform before, ideally in DeFi – Built large distributed systems before – Has crypto trading experience What your work will be like – Work style: we usually start with well defined tasks, understand how each task interfaces with the entire product (importance); then we discuss the input / output of the task (modularization); then we define how the task is checked in (QA); and finally before execution, we agree on when the task is expected to be done (ETA). – Work type: mostly develop, monitor and maintain backend. The goal is to build robust systems that can keep running without human intervention. Since we work remotely, we expect to work highly independently but can meet deadlines when needed. |
