Team Introduction Our team is conducting research on Responsible AI, particularly from the viewpoint of AI agents and AI foundation models. We are looking for an outstanding research manager to lead our team to conduct cutting-edge research in the area. Responsibilities – Leading the research team to develop cutting-edge technologies in Responsible AI; – Enhancing the state-of-the-art technologies of AI to make them more reliable, safe, and trustworthy; – Contributing to the development of products in the company to make them more reliable, safe, and trustworthy. Minimum Qualifications – Rich experience in research on ML, NLP, LLM, and familiarity with large-scale model training; – Proficiency in software development and large-scale model training; – Strong records in research and technology development, with influential projects or papers in ML, NLP, LLM; – Strong leadership skills, capable of leading the team to effectively solve problems and tackle technical challenges; – Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of educating team members and collaborating with other teams. |
