Team Introduction The Head of Information Technology (AMS) will lead the Americas IT organization in driving regional IT strategy, digital transformation & building out the reliable and robust IT infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for all areas of the IT organization including IT service desk, service delivery management, service operations, network and other critical IT related functions. This is a leadership role that will require extensive team management experience as well as experience in building reliable, scalable and secure systems to support our rapid business growth. Responsibilities – Responsible for building out the robust regional IT infrastructure and promote a high performing service delivery culture providing excellent IT support and service solutions based on the clear understanding of our global IT strategy. – Implement long term IT management strategy to ensure alignment with the regional IT development and sustainment goals; responsible for day to day IT management across system, network, desktop service, audio and video, information security, office construction, etc. – Develop scalable roadmaps for the company’s major IT projects and lead its execution to provide reliable systems, effective services and solutions that will meet with the business needs – Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the IT teams will be able to deliver required support and solutions across the company Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a kurelated field preferred – 5+ years of experience in team management and IT infrastructure or IT service-related fields; work experience in the Internet/technology industry preferred – Experience in project management and IT process optimization – Ability to formulate and implement IT strategy, familiar with IT industry’s best practices – Strong Communication skills and proficient in data analytics |
