Key Responsibilities – Manage and maintain on-site IT systems, network infrastructure, servers, and devices. – Provide on-site technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. – Ensure data security using firewalls, encryption, antivirus, and disaster recovery protocols. – Collaborate with the China IT team on system design, upgrades, and CAD support. – Document configurations, train employees, and onboard new hires with IT setups. – Monitor software licenses and optimize seat allocation based on priorities. Qualifications Education: – Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: – 6+ years of IT experience with network infrastructure, servers, and IT security. – 5+ years of Linux server operation and maintenance experience. – Experience with network equipment (firewalls, switches) is required; CCNA or above is preferred but not mandatory. Technical Skills: Mandatory: – Linux server administration with RHCE or higher certification. – Proficiency in troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, and hardware platforms. – Familiarity with key Linux system tools and technologies, including NFS, Ansible, Apache, Nginx, Shell scripting, LDAP, NIS, IPTABLES. Preferred: – Network management experience including Policy, Layer 3 switching, ACL, Routing, VLAN, VPN, NAT, SD-WAN. – CCNA or above certification in networking is a plus but not mandatory. – Familiarity with semiconductor industry tools is a strong advantage. Language Requirements: – Proficiency in both Chinese and English for effective communication with global teams. Soft Skills: – Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills. – Ability to manage tasks independently and work effectively in a collaborative environment. |
