About the Team Our team focuses on high-performance infrastructure, real-time APIs, and AI-powered recommendation systems to provide timely insights and automated diagnostics for our users. This role is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge engineering challenges, optimize cross-channel interoperability, and build the next-generation engagement platform. Responsibilities – Design and implement scalable APIs and infrastructure that support cross-channel customer engagement. – Build modular, reusable systems that integrate AI-driven personalization and automation across different touchpoints. – Develop AI-powered recommendation and diagnostic systems to provide real-time insights to customers. – Optimize real-time data pipelines and ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of customer engagement solutions. – Collaborate with Product, UX, Data Science, and ML teams to design and implement seamless engagement experiences. – Ensure system security, compliance, and best engineering practices in AI-driven solutions. Minimum Qualifications – Experience in backend or infrastructure engineering, focusing on scalable APIs, distributed systems, or real-time data pipelines. – Hands-on experience building reusable infrastructure for multi-channel applications. – Strong expertise in high-performance computing, microservices, and cloud-native architectures. – Familiarity with leveraging LLMs, NLP, and common machine learning techniques for customer engagement and personalization. – Strong problem-solving mindset, with experience driving technical execution in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications – With past experience focused on scalable infrastructure and AI-driven systems. – Experience with high-scale, AI-driven personalization and diagnostic platforms. – Deep expertise in recommendation systems, reinforcement learning, or predictive analytics. – Cloud infrastructure expertise, including Kubernetes, microservices, and large-scale data processing. – A/B testing, optimization techniques, and data-driven decision-making experience. – Proven ability to contribute to open-source projects, publish research, or impact industry best practices. |
