About Team

The team combines expertise in human vision science and technology, including Vision Scientists studying the visual system, Computer Scientists with interdisciplinary knowledge in neuroscience, and Camera Engineers with insights into human vision. This synergy advances retina-level displays, AI algorithms, and imaging innovations.


Responsibilities

– Lead the technical direction for smart wearable device interaction technologies, ensuring innovation and feasibility.
– Build and manage a technical team, including recruiting, mentoring, and fostering team development.
– Define the technical roadmap and strategy, aligning with product and design teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
– Oversee the development and implementation of interaction technologies such as electromyography (EMG), Photoplethysmography (PPG) or related fields.
– Provide expertise in hardware architecture, algorithms, software, and/or basic applications to guide technical decisions.
– Drive cross-team collaboration, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.
– Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.


Minimum Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related field.
– Proven experience in developing technologies such as EMG, PPG, or other interaction-related systems.
– Strong understanding of hardware, software, algorithms, and/or their applications in wearable devices.
– Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
– Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications

– Prior experience building and managing technical teams.
– Hands-on experience with product development in the smart wearable device industry.
– Expertise in a specific technical area related to interaction technologies (e.g., EMG, sensor design, signal processing).
– Familiarity with the end-to-end lifecycle of wearable device development.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
