Responsibilities

– Develop and maintain project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
– Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, hardware, software, AI) to align goals.
– Track technical development progress and resolve challenges.
– Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and address issues proactively.
– Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets across projects.
– Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress and roadblocks.
– Continuously improve project management processes for efficiency.
– Ensure deliverables meet quality standards with coordination from QA teams.


Minimum Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
– 5+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics or wearable technology.
– Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects involving hardware, software, and AI components.
– Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
– Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
– Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and hardware/software integration.


Preferred Qualifications

– PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications.
– Experience with AR/MR environments, sensor technology, and AI applications.
– Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes for hardware products.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex projects.
– Passion for wearable technology and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
– Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and external contracts.
