About the team The Shops Supply Chain & Logistics is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining our client’s online Shop’s transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies. Responsibilities – Build the local settlement Quality Control team and actively participate in daily settlement operation inspections, ensuring adherence to SOP requirements and correcting deviations. – Develop and implement risk management systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams to prevent and eliminate settlement risks. Identify bottlenecks and operational risks in the settlement process, and continuously enhance team work standards and safety awareness. – Improve settlement system requirements by optimizing the online settlement process, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining system stability. – Collaborate with finance, taxation, and legal teams to develop settlement systems and SOPs, train and guide the team, and ensure standardized and compliant settlement operations. – Regularly review and analyze settlement key performance indicators (KPIs), and create optimization plans for underperforming metrics using real-time KPI dashboards. – Monitor settlement data fluctuations, investigate abnormal data trends, issue timely risk warnings, and enhance quality standards for upstream and downstream operational data. – Optimize internal and external collaboration mechanisms, address bottlenecks, oversee the implementation of settlement terms in contracts, and evaluate and improve processes and outcomes. Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field. – Over 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics, settlement, internal control, or audit, including at least 3 years of team management experience in these areas. – Familiarity with settlement process risks in logistics scenarios; experience in settlement quality control within medium and large Internet enterprises is preferred. – Diligent, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of working under pressure and fostering team spirit. – Proficient in English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with sellers and cross-functional teams (XFN) in China. Preferred Qualifications – Proficient in work software (especially Excel), with strong data analysis skills preferred • Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a team player. |
