Job Description – Create, update the work instruction and training materials. – Create and evaluate work processing standards in the site. – Design and improve the fixture, gauge, sample plate. – Research the process improvement and cost reduction for high & low voltage devices, then apply to the site. – Analyze, research and modify the high & low voltage device installation process, commission process and troubleshooting process then apply to the site. – Analyze the capability, takt time, operation, process capability of the work in the site. – Design and confirm the critical, special process of ESS installation and troubleshooting process. – Provide technical support and feedback for problems in the site. – Evaluate cycle time. – Complete tasks assigned by supervisors. Essential Requirements – Use office, CAD, UG, CATIA proficiently – Good communication skill and group work skill – Capable of working under pressure |
