Requirement Relationship Management – Be able to accompany business development/sales to client meetings and be the subject matter expert. – Share relevant market trends and provide benchmarking information to customers in order to validate the customer’s competitive position. – Maintain flexibility and create solutions with changing customer needs – Improve key areas of client loyalty and internal business unit (Foxconn) loyalty by being customer service focused – Share through numbers, numbers don’t lie, be an ambassador to our vision of data acc Strategic Thought – Develop a training strategy related to operational staff and hiring – Introduce strategic ideas and be a driver of thought leadership by accessing other Foxconn clients, executives, and research in order to gather and distribute leading edge practices. – Research automation material handling equipment and efficiency throughout hubs Communication & Value Articulation – Keep appropriate people informed of accounts direction and relevant activities using various forms of communication. – Improve key areas of client loyalty including business fit – Analyze and communicate savings, cost avoidance, and potential cost/service tradeoff areas to the client. Financial Management &Process Improvement – Accountable to improve net income results and drive continuous process improvements to enhance mutual value by creating and using business analytics & reporting (technology, supply chain solutions, best practices, etc.) – Identify and Define technology and continuous improvement projects that drive cost savings and productivity to the client as well as improved efficiencies Project Management – Develop & Propose project charters (e.g. objectives, scope, risk, approach, resources, & budget) to internal and external leadership while demonetarizing the project’s ROI for both client and the customer when implementing new business. – Implement project management procedures to effectively manage project work, deadlines, and communication. Leadership – Plan & Source necessary resources to efficiently manage overall business while maintaining baseline HC/File ratios. Standardization – ISO9001: be able to introduce ISO9001 best practices Minimum Qualifications – 15+ years of experience with Operational roles – Experience leading a group or team Functional Knowledge/Skill/Ability – Able to demonstrate credibility, and integrity to effectively command the respect and trust of key individuals within customer organizations – Strong aptitude for both strategic thought and attention to details – Always be looking for ways to improve the process, don’t settle for the status quo. – Proven ability to generate and implement creative and innovative solutions to problems/opportunities – Able to collaborate across cultures and exercise influence at senior levels to build alignment around a common vision. – Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead, facilitate, influence, and organize – Skilled in change management and influencing – Able to analyze & anticipate client needs – Strong leadership skills in order to motivate, develop, empower, and energize others while working in a collaborative and cross-functional team environment – Able to identify and pull in the right resources to meet customer goals; interacting with multiple business lines, branches, service lines and/or modes – Willingness & Ability to travel 25-30% of time – Decisive, action-oriented individual Others Training Offered to Employee: – Lean Six Sigma (Brown, Green) / Black based on projects – PMP (Project Management) – Kaizen |
