CRM Membership Strategy and Management: – CRM Strategy Development: Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and engagement. – Membership Program Management: Oversee the development and management of the company’s membership program, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs. – Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure seamless integration of CRM with other marketing channels, including email, social media, and in-store promotions.
