About the Team The goal of Search team is to offer our users the best user experience and increase user awareness of search. We are looking for talented Product Managers to focus on global markets. You will work with global functional teams to explore and expand the boundaries of TikTok search. Responsibilities – Responsible for Safety and Risk Control of TikTok Search Recommendation with safety strategy planning, monitoring&metrics building – Have an in-depth understanding of search recommendation features and strategy, and familiar with risky content; ensure the continuous awareness of risk types, identify content safety issues and provide optimization plans for corresponding content security solutions – Work as a liaison between risk control and business to ensure effective risk management by collaborating with risk control teams, content operations, data analysts, algorithm engineers, and other positions. Qualifications – Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of PM experience, proficient in data analysis tools; have certain understanding of the business logic of search recommendations – Have experience in content ecosystem or risk control strategy; able to be independently responsible for project planning and implementation – Strong communication skills and result-oriented, able to work closely with cross-functional teams |
