Additionally, it includes tools for experimental tracking, ensuring security and privacy throughout the process Responsibilities – Serve as the lead technical advisor during the pre-sales phase, engaging with potential clients to understand their infrastructure needs and designing tailored AI infrastructure solutions. – Work closely with sales and product teams to create and present customized proposals that demonstrate the value and capabilities of the AI infrastructure platform. – Negotiate solution architectures with clients, ensuring that proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with both the client’s requirements and the company’s strategic goals. – Facilitate communication between internal teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to ensure product release schedules are aligned with customer expectations and market demands. – Manage the implementation of AI infrastructure projects, overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. – Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the platform’s capabilities and educate clients on best practices for deploying and scaling AI infrastructure. – Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and related technologies, providing insights and recommendations to both clients and internal teams. – Act as the primary technical contact during customer engagements, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications (Minimum) – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. – 5+ years of experience in a solution architect or technical consulting role, with a focus on infrastructure, cloud computing, or AI/ML systems. – Deep understanding of AI infrastructure technologies, including distributed computing, data storage, and model deployment frameworks. – Proven experience leading pre-sales technical engagements, from solution design to final negotiations. Preferred Qualifications – Master’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field. – Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). – Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workflows. – Previous experience in a high-growth or startup environment, particularly within the AI infrastructure space. – Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges. – Demonstrated project management skills, with experience overseeing the successful implementation of large-scale technical solutions. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. – Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, balancing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. |
