Responsibilities

Relationship Management
– Maintain strong relationship with suppliers, vendors, and shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries. – Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and meet customer expectations.
P&L Management
– Develop budget plans that align with the US warehouse strategic goals and initiatives.
– Monitor actual expenditures against the budgets on an ongoing basis, identifying any discrepancies or areas of concern.
– Conduct regular cost analysis to identify areas where expenses can be optimized without compromising operational quality or safety.
Performance Management
– Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of the warehouse operations.
– Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement within the warehouse operations.
Inventory Management
– Implement effective inventory control procedures to accurately track and manage inventory levels.
– Monitor inventory turnover rates, identify slow-moving or obsolete items, and develop strategies to address these issues. • Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and maintain optimal stock levels.
Safety and Compliance
– Maintain high safety standards and ensuring warehouse operations adhere to local regulations, industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
– Champion a safe working environment and ensuring that all employees adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
People Management
– Provide strong leadership and direction to the team, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
– Cascade company information, goals and updates to ensure all team members are aligned with organizational objectives.
Project Management
– Develop & Propose project charters (e.g. objectives, scope, risk, approach, resources, & budget) to internal and external leadership while demonetarizing the project’s ROI for both client and the customer when implementing new business.
– Implement project management procedures to effectively manage project work, deadlines, and communication.
Technological Integration
– Stay updated on technological advancements in warehouse management systems (WMS) and related tools. •Identify opportunities to leverage technology for enhanced operational efficiency and accuracy.


Required Working Experience

– 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in operational roles within the warehouse or logistic industry.
– 3+ year of experience in a leadership or managerial role , demonstrating effective team management and leadership skills. – Expertise in performance management, process improvement, and data analysis within a warehouse or logistics context.
– Proven track record in budget management ,with the ability to optimize resources and control costs.

– Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive meaningful insights for decision-making. • Project management expertise to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.
– Strong organizational skills to manage multiple performance-related projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Lead and shupport cross-functional teams in continuous improvment initiatives leveraging experiences in driving positive changes.
– Exceptional Leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams to success.
– Proficiency in using WMS and related softwares.
