Responsibilities – Serve as the principal technical leader for the Governance Platform R&D organization, partner with senior engineering leaders to make key decisions, plan strategies, and drive execution, serving as a trustworthy consultant for org-level initiatives. – Lead and drive the organization’s critical long-term technical roadmap and ensure the successful execution of initiatives. – Define technical direction for the org by designing sustainable systems, frameworks, and patterns that scale and drive business impact. – Mentor and develop other engineering leaders, upholding a high bar of engineering excellence. Minimum Qualifications – Proven expertise in distributed systems, storage systems, and other relevant technologies. – Hands-on experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with exceptional communication and collaboration skills. – Proven problem-solving skills and abilities to think strategically and make sound technical decisions. Preferred Qualifications – Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline. – Minimum 5 years of industry experience in a technical leadership role, preferably as a tech lead or equivalent, in a fast-paced, high growth tech environment. – Proven history of effective technical execution and leadership. |
