Responsibilities

– Recruit and onboard new team members.
– Define efficient, practical solutions and processes for large-scale problems.
– Identify opportunities and share feedback on development, improvement, and growth for direct reports.
– Drive completion of high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.
– Guide direct reports in developing effective content strategies.
– Facilitate projects, align on priorities, allocate resources, drive consensus, and smoothen collaboration with stakeholders across time zones.
– Ensure UI text meets content standards, and be a champion for best practices.
– Align with global teams to drive a cohesive product narrative.
– Establish and maintain a positive team culture, encourage collaboration, and develop skills.
– Provide actionable feedback for your team to drive consistency and improve content quality.


Minimum qualifications

– 8+ years experience in content design, UX writing, content strategy, copywriting, UX, or equivalent fields
– 1+ years experience in managing, mentoring, coaching, and developing a team
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Writing portfolio including, but not limited to: user interface copy, microcopy, user education, direct or transactional emails, style guides, and product launch content
– Experience collaborating with Product Management, Design, Legal, Engineering, and Localization teams
– Self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirements


Preferred qualifications

– Experience using Figma and Jira
– Experience working on a global product with international partners in different time zones
– Strong interest in social app products, user and influencer behavior, and associated trends
