About The Company We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Marketing Director reporting to the CMO to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand strategy and drive impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels. As the Brand Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. Your expertise in demand generation, digital media, brand & communications, creative, content development, and tradeshows will be instrumental in creating a cohesive and compelling brand presence. Responsibilities – Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives. – Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to execute brand campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels. – Drive brand positioning and messaging to differentiate our products/services from competitors and strengthen our market presence. – Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and content creation. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management, sales, and creative services, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. – Create and manage the marketing budget for brand initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. – Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities and develop innovative marketing strategies. – Measure and analyze the effectiveness of brand marketing activities, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. – Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality delivery of creative services, digital marketing campaigns, and tradeshows. – Represent the company at industry tradeshows and events, showcasing our brand and products/services to key stakeholders. Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. – Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management. – Strong expertise in demand generation, brand and communications, content and creative. – Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies. – Experience managing and leading a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. – Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisions. – Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. – Experience in the storage memory field is preferred. – Willingness to travel occasionally for tradeshows and events. |
