Our product engineering team is responsible for building an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. Responsibilities – Be responsible for developing and maintaining the e-commerce module within the app, focusing on features such as product browsing, search functionality, and order placement to enhance the shopping experience. – Lead and oversee the development of the Shop, ensuring high-quality code and best practices. – Architect and design scalable and efficient solutions to improve user experience and application performance. – Guide and mentor a team of mobile developers, providing technical direction and fostering a collaborative team environment. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables. – Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the highest level of application performance and stability. – Drive continuous improvement in the development process, implementing new tools, technologies, and methodologies. – Lead the implementation of A/B testing and user feedback loops to iteratively enhance the app. Minimum Qualification -BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years Mobile App development experience and 1 years of experience of managing or tech-leading a software engineering team. – Extensive experience as a Mobile Developer, with a proven track record of leading successful mobile development projects. – Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin. – Demonstrated experience with performance and memory tuning of complex applications. – Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading technical teams. – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. – Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and across different teams. Preferred Qualification – Hybrid cross-platform development experience. |
