As a Tech Lead Manager, you will – Lead and grow a team of 5-15 engineers to build a solid foundation for product development. – Lead and develop large-scale software systems that power billions of effect. – Lead and improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability, performance, and reliability of the product. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams as partners to deliver high-quality work in rapid product development. Qualifications – Experienced in building platforms and services for large-scale consumer-facing applications. – Experienced in partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products. – Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms. – Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, C++. – Have good team communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications – BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors with 5 years of experience. – 3 years of experience leading an engineering team. |
