As a product manager on our E-Commerce team, you will work with various relevant internal teams to build safety product features and strategies. You will be working on governance and ecosystem features, technical strategies to improve our shopping, as well as methods to detect and address risky behaviors and actors in our E-commerce ecosystem. Role & Responsibilities: – Own product vision and develop product roadmap and strategies for seller & listing governance vertical – Develop metrics to measure success of product features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations. – Provide insights on product performance and seller behavior, identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities and improvements, defining product requirements for new features and coordinating development efforts as the product owner. – Independently design and implement product solutions to ensure listing safety and quality and provide smooth listing experience to sellers as well as ensure quality and authenticity of listings on the platform. – Design listing checkpoints and velocities to proactively mitigate risks, and develop listing approval enhancements. – Work closely with modeling team to develop and implement strategies, define thresholds for precision, recall, overkill for model deployment; optimize products and features to increase automation, reduce error and manual review and moderation. – Define and drive product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with cross-vertical and cross-functional teams. – Manage prioritization and balance trade-offs among seller experience, user experience and creator experience within the e-commerce ecosystem. Minimum Qualifications: – 5+ years of experience in product management in Consumer-Facing mobile or web Internet companies – Experience and expertise in building risk features or managing risk programs at a consumer focused technology company – Ability to design product solutions based on evidence; proven track record of delivering value-adding products, and/or organizational or process changes that benefit the business. – Broad technical knowledge and in depth understanding of Machine Learning, statistical modeling, algorithms, OCR and ASR, etc – Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, and driving innovation on behalf of internal and external stakeholders – Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate assumptions, make recommendations and decisions, and drive execution. – Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and effectively working well within a team Preferred Qualifications: – Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace. Understanding of content platforms and LIVE streaming is a plus. – Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders and vendors – Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and audience – Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and audience – Flexible and experienced in project management, can lead and operate multiple project streams confidently -Our leader will manage teams in the United States & China, language proficiency in English & Chinese is preferred |
