Responsibilities Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to successfully close deals. Establish and communicate sales goals, keeping sales manager informed of progress. Cultivate enduring relationships with customers, gaining insights into their business objectives and needs. Stay abreast of industry-specific trends and landscapes. Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals. Report on factors influencing the strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Minimum qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. – Proven experience as a Account Executive in a B2B environment. – Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. – Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and achieve sales targets. – Proficient in data analysis and forecasting. – Experience with budget management and resource allocation. – Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. – Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. |
