About the Team

The Performance & Incentive(P&I) department works on lots of interesting projects in compensation, benefits, performance management, long-term incentive and relevant areas. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The P&I team works on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization.


What You’ll Do

– Responsible for long-term incentives (E.g. Equity, Stock options, RSUs etc.) policies and programs implementation and communication in AMS region
– Participate in the design and review of long-term incentives plans and policies for AMS region to ensure external competitiveness and legal compliance, through research on practices of leading tech/general industry companies
– Work closely with the rest of the Performance & Incentives team members on total rewards package for employees in the AMS region where required
– Performs other LTI related duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

– Experienced in Human Resources or Compensation related fields
– Fluency in English
– Ability to exercise sound judgment, backing up proposals with good data to be able to present to stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications

– Experienced in LTI-related design and operational work experience, corporate experience preferred
– Knowledge of LTI programs, market trends and relevant tax and compliance requirements
– With LTI-related design and administration work experience, corporate experience preferred
– Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management skills
– Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, multi-tasking, self-driven and with attention to detail.
