Responsibility

– Deeply understand hiring needs, and partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different geographies.
– Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
– Lead and manage a team of TA managers, talent acquisition partners, and sourcers.
– Develop SLAs and other best practices to improve processes to increase recruitment output.
– Work with the local HR operation teams to understand relevant HR compliance and labor laws, as well as oversee the recruitment lifecycle to ensure great candidate experience from attraction through onboarding.
– Manage, coach, and mentor members of the global recruiting team.


Minimum Qualifications

– Minimum 5 years’ experience specific in talent acquisition / Human Resources
– Deep knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including direct sourcing, behavioral & motivation-based interviewing, employment laws, salary trends, and relationship management.
– Ability to think globally, make calculated decisions under time pressure, and be sensitive/knowledgeable to international recruiting practices.


Preferred Qualifications

– Strong business acumen and understanding of how recruitment and workforce planning impact the overall organization in a consulting environment.
– Experience leading diverse teams.
