Global e-commerce business team hopes to provide users with more tailored and efficient consumption experience, enabling merchants to receive reliable platform services in different scenarios such as live e-commerce, short video content e-commerce, so as to make more affordable and high-quality products sell easily and a better life within reach. Content E-commerce is a global team responsible for building up the content ecosystem for E-commerce. We provide more highly qualified E-commerce content to customers to help them find good products at affordable prices. We attract more creators to land on the E-commerce platform, create more E-commerce related content and get benefits from their content. Also, we help merchants to find suitable creators to sell their products. Our mission is to build up an ecosystem which both customers and creators and merchants will benefit from. Responsibilities – Help define and execute projects geared towards content e-commerce – Build out reporting to track product performance using data visualization tools – Bring strong desire to learn in a fast paced environment while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical leads – Exercise a high level of empathy in order to help the business identify and prioritize data needs and define proper metrics to measure initiative success – Use data to bring actionable insights that will help teams execute on their long-term strategy and inform them how well they’re performing at their goals Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, statistics, math, internet security or other relevant majors – 5+ years of work experience in data analytics/science or other relevant fields – Solid analytical skills. Proficiency in statistical analytical tools, such as SQL and Python Preferred Qualifications – Familiarity with social/content online platform analytics, especially metrics design, product feature analytics and A/B testing methodologies. Bonus given to proficiency in data mining skills e.g. modern machine applications – Ability to think critically, objectively, rationally. Reason and communicate in a result-oriented, data-driven manner |
