About the Team Our Ads Measurement Signal team is missioned to develop our advertiser-facing product solutions (e.g. Pixel, Event API, Event Manager, EVTA) that ensures successful signal lifecycle of various verticals of advertisers (e.g. e-commerce, gaming, leads, etc.) to uncover data insight and discover ways to unlock business growth. To achieve that, the team is also responsible for building infrastructure that handles large volume of data processing, adopting industrial privacy solutions (iOS SKAdNetwork, Android Privacy Sandbox) and exploring in-house cutting-edge Privacy-enhancing technologies (PET). As a Tech Lead on the Ads Measurement Signal team, you will play a key role on working with cross-functional teams to continuously improve ads measurement and influence signal utilization across various ads products. Key Responsibilities – Lead a group of full stack engineers (FE, BE, Client) to build various products to handle signal collection and signal intelligence through both building in-house TT solutions (Pixel, Event API, App SDK, etc) and integrating with many third-party partners (Shopify, MMP-AppsFlyer, etc). – Work with cross-functional teams (including PM, DS, UX, QA, Legal, Ops) to continuously innovate and improve comprehensive ad measurement. – Identify, explore and implement cutting-edge measurement technologies. Plus design and build future-proof signal infrastructure. Minimum Qualifications – BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant technical field. – Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Go, Javascript, Java, C++. – Excellent communication, teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong ownership. – Curiosity towards new technologies and solutions, and outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems. Preferred Qualifications – Working experience in ad domain. – Experience with measurement technologies, such as Web/App tracking, SKAN, PCM, MMP, Privacy Sandbox. |
