About the Team A robust Performance and Incentives (P&I) strategy influences the organization’s ability to attract and retain the best talent while creating a strong alignment of individuals’ interests with the organization’s strategic goals. The Performance and Incentives (P&I) department works on lots of interesting projects in compensation, benefits, performance management, long-term incentives, job family and job level management and relevant areas. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, deeply diving into market research, analyzing big data, and benchmarking. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization. What You Will Do – Partner closely with stakeholders such as HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders, providing guidance on programs and advice on how best to win in a market to attract, retain, and engage the talents – Manage the compensation total package design for business lines such as Lark to align with business strategy and ensure external competitiveness and internal equity – Manage the annual Performance/Job Level/Compensation review projects for business lines supported – Based on a deep understanding of the core logic behind global businesses, lead theoretical research and analysis on incentive effectiveness to support the incentive strategy for the business in AMS region – Influence the decisions of business and HR leaders with C&B and performance management expertise. Requirement – Advantageous to have 5 years of experience in HR C&B function – Able to communicate effectively with employees, the HR team, and business leaders, and be comfortable presenting programs and plans and influencing decisions at a high level – Strong logical thinking and outstanding analytical capabilities – Able to work in a fast-moving environment, multi-tasking, self-driven and with attention to detail |
