Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Lead a nationwide sales force to meet or exceed sales goals.
Foster strong, professional relationships with key individuals in designated customer accounts.
Negotiate and finalize deals with major clients.
Oversee daily activities of the sales department.
Analyze performance indicators and recommend enhancements.
Generate and update sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Research and identify new client prospects and market opportunities.
Deliver prompt and appropriate solutions in line with client needs.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams for brand alignment.
Stay informed about new product releases and ensure the sales team is well-informed.
Undertake other relevant duties as assigned.


Minimum of 5 years of experience as a National Sales Manager.
Comprehensive understanding of leading a high-performance sales team.
Practical experience with CRM software.
Knowledge of sales performance metrics.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Customer-focused with robust negotiation capabilities.
Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
