Description As a Senior Data Scientist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our client’s user acquisition, engagement, and retention growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing projects in these areas, as well as building reporting systems to track product performance using data visualization tools. Collaboration with business stakeholders and technical leads will be crucial, and your strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment will be valued. You will play a key role in helping the business identify and prioritize data needs, defining appropriate metrics to measure the success of initiatives. By utilizing data, you will provide actionable insights that enable teams to execute their long-term strategies and assess their performance against goals. Requirements – Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, statistics, math, internet security, or a related field. – Minimum of 5 years of work experience in data analytics/science or a relevant field. – Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analytical tools such as SQL and Python. – Familiarity with analytics for social/content online platforms, including metrics design, product feature analytics, and A/B testing methodologies. Additional proficiency in data mining skills, such as modern machine applications, is a plus. – Ability to think critically, objectively, and rationally, and communicate in a result-oriented, data-driven manner. Demonstrated high autonomy in decision-making. |
