Responsibilities -Lead a team in developing cutting-edge privacy mechanisms on big data platforms. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the vision and strategy, and drive the execution of the engineering roadmap. – Architect scalable and high-performance services to ensure optimal functionality. – Establish efficient processes and engineering best practices. – Expand the team by recruiting and mentoring top-tier engineers. Requirements – Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or leading a software engineering team. – Proficiency in coding with C++, Java, Python, or Go, with at least 5 years of experience. – Strong background in working on large-scale, data-intensive backend systems. – Demonstrated ability to recruit and scale up teams in a fast-paced environment. – Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline. Preferred Qualifications – Experience in privacy, security, or infrastructure domains. – Familiarity with big data architecture, such as Spark, Presto, or Clickhouse. |
