The Global E-Commerce team focuses on content e-commerce with their international short video product. Their goal is to become the preferred platform for users to discover and purchase affordable and high-quality products. By providing tailored and efficient consumption experiences, they aim to empower merchants and improve customer satisfaction. As a Tech Lead Manager in the Global E-Commerce Supply Chain team, your responsibilities will include: 1. Researching and developing efficient and intelligent supply chain solutions for international e-commerce, including warehousing, inventory, and supplier systems. 2. Designing scalable system models and business architectures that meet international business needs and industry best practices. 3. Providing effective solutions for technical challenges, such as high concurrency and performance bottlenecks. 4. Ensuring system quality and stability, while guiding engineers to optimize technical indicators. Requirements 1. BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related major, with at least 5 years of industry experience in a software development environment. 2. Proficiency in coding with Java, Golang, or C++, and familiarity with related technology stacks. 3. Knowledge of commonly used middleware, such as message queues, caches, and scheduled tasks, along with an understanding of their principles. 4. Experience in architecture design and implementation, with a focus on high-availability, high-performance, and high-scalability architectures. 5. Deep understanding of distributed systems theories, including load balancing, distributed transactions, and CAP/BASE. 6. Proven experience in designing or reconstructing medium to large complex systems, preferably in the e-commerce and retail domains.
