The Role As a Tech Lead Manager, you will play a crucial role in our ads data platform team. Working closely with product managers and data analysts, you will be responsible for building state-of-the-art streaming and batch data processing solutions. This data pipeline supports both the ads platform and our internal business intelligence platform. Responsibilities – Act as both a highly technical, hands-on architect and an effective people manager. – Scale the engineering team by attracting and mentoring exceptional individuals at different experience levels, fostering a high-performing and diverse team. – Foster strong collaboration with product and data science partners, defining a clear team vision, mission, and strategy, and identifying new opportunities to empower the business with scalable data solutions. Requirements – Hands-on experience in developing scalable data solutions using big data processing and distributed storage engines such as Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Elastic Search, Druid, ClickHouse, etc. – Minimum of 5 years of engineering leadership experience in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment. – Experience in managing a diverse team, including members based in different countries. – Good understanding of ads technology and products is beneficial, but not required.
