Responsibilities System Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, robust systems in alignment with product objectives and specifications. Project Management: Oversee team project priorities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to established deadlines. Technical Strategy: Formulate long-term technological roadmaps, playing an instrumental role in the team’s technical decision-making process. Qualifications Educational Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or related disciplines. Experience: A rich professional journey spanning over 7 years, including roles in managing or technically leading software engineering teams. Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, coupled with expertise in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, or Java. Systems Knowledge: Acquaintance with Redis, MySQL, Elasticsearch and a solid grasp of Unix/Linux operating systems and commands. Technological Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for emergent technologies and a demonstrated aptitude in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
