Team Intro

Our team is responsible for developing cutting-edge NLP/ML algorithms and strategies to enhance the user experience, improve service quality and revenue for merchants, and foster a fair and thriving ecosystem on our E-commerce Platform. Specifically, our team focuses on the algorithms of Intelligent Customer Service within the global e-commerce business of our client.


What You Will Do

– Contribute to the development of AI-powered customer service within our client’s e-commerce ecosystem, enabling sellers to better serve customers.
– Contribute to the creation of extensive knowledge graphs for real-world products, supporting feed ranking, recommendations, and advertisements.
– Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and the product strategy & operation team to define product strategies and features.


Qualifications

– Strong foundation in NLP algorithms, with a deep understanding and practical experience in text classification, similarity matching, dialogue question and answer, machine translation, sequence tagging, Knowledge Graph, intention understanding, word meaning disambiguation, and related fields.
– Familiarity with commonly used machine learning and deep learning algorithms, including knowledge of basic network model structures (DNN/LSTM/CNN, etc.) and text representation methods (LDA/Word2Vec/ELMo/GPT/BERT, etc.). Experience in training deep learning models and fine-tuning reasoning models.
– Proficiency in at least one mainstream deep learning framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch/Caffe/MXNet) and understanding of distributed training, distillation acceleration, and other implementation methods.
– Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, with experience in domain migration, small sample construction, text mining, unsupervised/semi-supervised learning, and other related areas.
– Proficiency in basic big data components (Hadoop/Spark/Hive/Flink) and experience in processing and cleaning large-scale text data.
– Familiarity with Linux development environment, proficient in at least one programming language (C++/Go/Python), and solid foundation in algorithms and data structures.
– Strong teamwork and communication skills, with preference given to practical experience in relevant business scenarios.
– Preferred qualifications include published papers in high-level computer science conferences (ACL, EMNLP, NIPS, AAAI, etc.) or competition experience.
