Position Description The Governance and Experience team plays a crucial role in ensuring a trustworthy e-commerce journey by eliminating malicious sellers, enforcing policy compliance, delivering authentic products, and resolving any customer issues. Responsibilities As an E-commerce Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing scientific metrics to measure the success of our client’s E-commerce governance and experience team. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of a credit system that incentivizes good behavior among merchants and creators. Collaborating closely with engineers and product managers, you will drive project execution and iteration through clear problem scoping and design. Minimum Requirements – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economy, or a related field with at least 2 years of work experience. – Proficiency in at least one software programming language, such as SQL, R, or Python. – Strong self-driving ability and team cooperation skills, with a sense of responsibility and a willingness to challenge oneself and learn new knowledge. Preferred Requirements – Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Storm, and other computing platforms and tools. – Hands-on experience with open-source machine learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow. |
