Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience in managing and operating security systems in large data centers or enterprises.
- Proficiency in technical research and solution design in the field of physical security, with a foundational understanding of data center physical security and a keen insight and strong judgment regarding new technologies.
- Strong capability in responding to large-scale security incidents, with preference given to candidates who have experience in Red Teaming.
- Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills, with a willingness to tackle complex problems and the ability to analyze existing problems, identify the root cause, and formulate solutions that address the issues.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of initiative and responsibility, and good teamwork spirit.
- Bilingual in Chinese is a must as the role needs to coordinate with the HQ in China.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage critical Data Center IT & Asset operations, involved in Data Center build-outs and scaling
- Responsible for the daily operation maintenance and service management of the computer room within the jurisdiction, balance the service quality, efficiency, cost and safety in combination with the actual situation, and continuously optimize and improve to support the business operations of the department
- Responsible for responding to and handling Ali IDC risk events and emergency fault handling, and realizing controllable operation risks such as IDC changes and faults

- Technical leader managing team and consultants to implement the data center operations in normal and emergency situations.
- Recommend, document, and oversee policies and procedures to meet industry best practices and to meet required SLAs. 
- Coordinate external vendors, ensure the resource’s supply and delivery, match business’s growth. 
- Provide instructions to vendors, installation contractors and validate quality of vendor works on site. 
- Responsibility for outsourcing and vendor management of colocation Data Centre services providers to meet or exceed contracted performance SLA’s. 
- Respond on an as-needed basis to emergencies in regional DCs, including traveling to site and to provide on-site support.


Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a business, engineering or computer science 
- 5+ years experience in large global data center site operation 
- Functional knowledge of Data Center mechanical, electrical, and controls systems 
- Deep knowledge of information technology infrastructure domains such as computer server platforms, storage server platforms, server components, network devices, technologies and architectures, IT service delivery principles and best practices 
- Highly driven, self-managed individual. Greatly developed problem analysis and critical thinking experience. 
- Knowledge of data center construction procedure and capacity planning 
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (25% to 50%+ at times) 
- Must be familiar with Excel and PowerPoint

 - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones while effectively navigating ambiguity, risks, and change.
 - Balance statistical insights with compensation philosophy when developing policies, guidelines, and tools that are system-driven and future-ready.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
 - Collaborate with Legal, D&I, HRBPs, Payroll, and senior leaders to translate findings into meaningful strategies and gain cross-functional buy-in.
 - Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
 - Facilitate alignment with global compliance, pay transparency, and communication strategies across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
4. Compliance & Continuous Improvement
 - Monitor and ensure adherence to global pay legislation and regulatory requirements, including gender pay reporting and fair pay practices.
 - Partner with legal and compliance teams to maintain alignment with internal policies.
 - Capture lessons learned, identify process improvements, and drive continuous enhancement of compensation project frameworks and delivery.
5. Team Collaboration
 - Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing global P&I team through knowledge sharing, joint problem-solving, and support in team initiatives and meetings.


Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, HR Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field;
- 5 years of experience in compensation, with a focus on pay gap and/or equity analysis, regression modeling, and exposure to global compensation practices;
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with proven ability to interpret data and trends to inform C&B strategies;
- Proficiency in tools such as R, Python, Stata, and advanced Excel; experience managing large datasets and using statistical models for workforce analysis;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to engage effectively with HR, business leaders, and employees, and present findings clearly to diverse audiences;
- High standards of ethics and discretion, with experience handling confidential and sensitive information;
- Familiarity with global pay equity legislation, compliance frameworks, and best practices in compensation governance.

About The Position

This person will be responsible for the design and development of the search system architecture, ensuring system stability and high availability; responsible for online services, offline data flow performance optimization, solving performance bottlenecks, reducing costs and unlocking.


Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire a team of Employee Relations professionals that is forward planning and strategic in managing complex workplace matters and implementing appropriate resolutions.
