Qualifications - Proven Leader: 15+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5+ years as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or equivalent role. - Crypto & Fintech Expertise: Experience in global fintech platforms, leading financial institutions, or stock exchange etc., experience in top-tier crypto exchanges is highly preferred. - Blockchain-Native: Good understanding of blockchain protocols, crypto trading infrastructure, custody, and DeFi ecosystems. - Technical Excellence: Strong understanding or background in high-frequency trading systems, distributed systems, cybersecurity, and cloud-native architecture. - Global Perspective: Track record leading multi-region, multicultural technology teams in high-growth environments. - Entrepreneurship & Problem Solving: Strong sense of ownership and innovation mindset, able to lead to team for problem solving. - Languages: Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage. |
