About The Team

We are Generative AI team under Monetization Technology. Our team focuses on developing cutting-edge Generative AI techs across all modalities, including text, image, videos, landing pages, etc., and creates industry-leading technical solutions to improve creative efficiency for advertisers, agencies and creators. Responsibilities

- Work closely with infrastructure architects and SREs and to enhance the Generative AI Platform's availability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

- To develop procurement strategies that are inventive and margin-contributing and screen reliable and competitive vendors in the local market
- To build and maintain vendor relationships and secure advantageous terms, competitive and stable supply, and acquire campaigns from vendors based on data forecast and analysis.
- To assist and push the launch of vendor resources and campaigns, including but not limited to the relevant communication on possible training, campaign requirements, and system configuration that may be involved in the process;
- To handle escalated complaints from the service team: work closely with the customer service department to handle or provide assistance on escalated complaints. Capable of drawing inferences from one instance, summarizing specific cases, and output service improvement plans.
